Our Story

Get To Know The Joneses

Aaron and Michelle Jones have been doing ministry work together since 2007. Married in 2011, they have 3 young children and are foster parents to a wonderful foster daughter. Serving the Lord as a family has been an important shared value since day one; leading mission trips, directing youth camps, children’s ministry teachers, youth pastors and even coaching the church softball team. While pursuing justice for all has always been an important call on their lives, God began speaking to Aaron and Michelle in 2019 about the necessity of following His call to be a light to others, teaching and modeling God’s love over politics and our divisive natures. In 2020, in the midst of covid, they began training as church planters and in 2022 re-Imagine Church was started in their home. They are passionate about loving others, leading people to the healing and freedom found in God, and rising above the turmoil and division plaguing the Christian body today.

Aaron works bivocationally as a Medical Physicist in Hartford, CT. He is passionate about being a light to others in the medical science field and loves what he does. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2007, and UMass Lowell in 2011 and is in the final stages of his doctorate degree. In his freetime he loves playing with his kids, watching football and playing board games.

Michelle volunteers to help run the First Pioneer Valley Dream Center food pantry and clothing closet in Springfield. She graduated Clark University in 2010, and 2011 with a Master’s in Teaching. She worked as an elementary school teacher before staying home to raise their children full time. She loves exploring nature, baking, traveling and connecting with others in the community.
